Marygrove Self-Service

Marygrove Self-Service is Marygrove College's new portal gateway to access applicant, student, alumni, faculty and staff information with an enhanced self-service on-line experience. Marygrove Self-Service is the replacement for WebAdvisor. Marygrove Self-Service includes enhancements with a modernized web experience to existing functionality in WebAdvisor as well new capabilities such as Student Planning and Financial Aid modules.

Access to Marygrove Self-Service modules and menu items are based on constituent roles at Marygrove College. These roles are assigned based on a constituent's records and information contained in Ellucian Colleague (Marygrove College's ERP). Each of the roles below are assigned a different view of Marygrove Self-Service. A constituent can have a single role or multiple roles assigned; with multiple roles, the views are merged together to form a view with all of the modules and menu items.

All roles will have access to User Profile, Emergency Information and Request Transcripts.

Marygrove Self-Service uses the the same credentials ( and password that are used for Marygrove Email.

With the initial implementation of Marygrove Self-Service, some modules and features are currently disabled and will be implemented shortly. As modules and features are implemented, notifications will be sent to your Marygrove Email account. Some of modules currently being implemented include:
