Marygrove College has implemented eTranscripts through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) for all official transcript requests and processing. eTranscripts is a fully automated system to request, pay, track and receive electronic pdf official transcripts from Marygrove College without having to use a Marygrove College login. Official Transcripts can be sent directly to institutions and employers for processing. Self delivered transcripts are also available.

Click the Order Transcripts to begin your request and enter in the information requested.

Enter your name and date of birth. Click Yes or No if your name has changed since you attend.

Enter your Marygrove Student ID. If you do not know you Marygrove Student ID, you can use your SSN if it was provided to Marygrove College during admissions or registration processes. If your reocrd is found at Marygrove College, you will be taken to the next section of the request to enter your contact information.

If your Student ID and SSN are not found, you will see the following message. You can use the Marygrove Help Desk support links to the right to get your Student ID; you will asked to confirm your identity.

  • Enter your current mailing address. This does not need to be the address you have on file at Marygrove College.
  • Enter a valid email address. This does not need to be your Marygrove email address. You will recieve status updates sent to the email address provided.
  • Select Yes or No to recieve order status text alerts

Select the recipient type from the list provided.

Additional prompts will display depending on your selection. If you select Myself, the mailing address will be used that was entered above.

  • For some of the prompts after information loads and the first 3 characters are entered, matching names will display to select.

  • Which transcript do you want sent?
    Only Current transcript is availalbe
  • What type of transcript do you want?
    • Complete/All
      This choice will include all transcripts you have on file to be processed and sent to the reciepent. This includes all of the transcripts below.
    • Graduate
      Only a Graduate transcript will be processed and sent. This transcript will have any graduate program courses, transfer credits used and credentials awarded.
    • Undergraduate
      Only a Undergraduate transcript will be processed and sent. This transcript will have any undergratuate courses, transfer and credentials awarded.
    • Professional Development
      Only a Graduate Credit transcript will be processed and sent. This transcript will have Learners Edge and any PD courses.
    • Continuing Education
      Only a CE transcript will be processed and sent. This transcript will have all CEU credit courses

  • How do you want your transcript sent?
    • Electronic - $1.00
      Select this option to process your request and send an electronic pdf version of the transcript to the email address provided. Processing will complete within 2 to 3 hours and email links will be sent to retrieve the electronic transcript. An additional $1.00 charge will apply to the $5.00 per transcript fee that is charged.

    • Hold for Pickup
      Select this option to have your transcript request processed and printed in the Registrar's Office. Your transcript will be held at the Registrar's Office for pickup.

    • Mail
      Select this option to have your transcript request processed and printed in the Registrar's Office. Your transcript will be mailed to the recipient specified.

Upload Attachment and review Fee Summary
You can upload files to include with your transcript that is sent to the reciepent. For information on acceptable file types, click the i beside +Add File

Review your order and click Add to Cart to proceed to the checkout

Review your order and add addtional recipients. Click Checkout to proceed.

Sign Consent Form
Sign the Electronic Consent Form and accept the signature then click Continue or use the Printable Consent Form

To complete your transcript order, enter your payment information and click Submit Order

After the payment is complete, an Order Confirmation is displayed. A popup will display:

Click Ok, reveiw the confirmation and close your browser

Check your email for statuses and links that will be sent for your order. If you requested an electronic pdf transcript, you will recieve links to retrieve the transcript along with a seperate email with the secure code to download the transcript.
